Gutted

I was gutted. On a recent trip to Dublin I brought my Holga for the craic. I was walking around Stephens Green and I spotted this, quickly got the Holga and shot. I knew the pigeons had scattered and the contrasting background would work...but for the love of God why have Holgas got straps???

Bah!

lol! thats the 'beauty' [sometimes] of the Holga, ya never know what its going to throw at ya! really good capture Alan the movement of the birds works really well . . .

I share your pain. Same thing has happened to me with my Diana F+ - many a photo has been ruined! But actually I quite like the outcome of your photo.

I bet H.C-B thought the same when he realised he'd got one of the fence railings in that famous shot of his of the man juming over the puddle (one of the few photos he ever cropped I believe)
