I was gutted. On a recent trip to Dublin I brought my Holga for the craic. I was walking around Stephens Green and I spotted this, quickly got the Holga and shot. I knew the pigeons had scattered and the contrasting background would work...but for the love of God why have Holgas got straps???

It took me two hours to get from work to home...that's 2.3 miles or just over 1.1mph. So, I had plenty of time to get in a few shots on the way. Taken with the Lumix LX3 compact camera.

Another single tree. Solitary and isolated it still takes up your concentration so not so obviously solitary or isolated after all.

Nothing like a complete change of scenery to get the creative juices flowing again. I'd gone stale but a snow shower and an early morning does wonders in getting things moving again.
This is a tree on Wexford Golf Course which was sitting there waiting for a photograph to be taken. I prefer the square format and love an image with a white border to isolate the image even further.
